Now the Newcastle-based restaurant chain is bringing its healthy dishes to hungry travellers as it opens its first airport outlet at Newcastle International Airport.
Gluten-free options
For those looking to grab a bite to eat before their journey, The Naked Deli offers a range of gluten-free and vegan options to hungry travellers. All wraps can be made gluten-free by choosing the gluten-free wrap, and diners can choose from a range of fillings including chargrilled rump steak with chimchurri, chargrilled chicken, halloumi and a vegan pulled chipotle BBQ jackfruit wrap.
If you’re looking for something heartier then the restaurant offers sweet potato jackets filled with grass-fed beef chilli, flaked salmon and feta, as well as naked beans for those looking for meat-free options.
There’s also a wide range of salads, including delights such as goats cheese and pomegranate, all of which are available with sides like sweet potato hash and chilli greens.
The Naked Deli
Launched in 2014, The Naked Deli offers a health-conscious and clean-eating experience and provides a range of gluten and dairy-free, vegan and paleo dishes. Using only whole and natural state food, it boasts a menu that includes nothing processed.
With a keen focus on locally-sourced foods, the chain uses high-quality meats, responsibly sourced fish, and organic eggs and dairy. Oil used in dished is organic coconut oil due to its endless health benefits, and sauces are made in-house and are clean, healthy and nutritious.

The Naked Deli at Newcastle International Airport will open this summer and will be situated in the Departure Lounge.
