Another African-inspired dish that's full of flavour!
Make the suya mix: simply combine all the ingredients together.
In a food processor, blend all the marinade ingredients together until smooth.
Coat the Tenderstem® with the marinade making sure to get into as many crevices as you can. Place the Tenderstem® into a casserole dish or lined baking tray. Cover and refrigerate, ideally for 2 hours, or at least while waiting for the oven to reach the right temperature.
Preheat the oven to 180oC/Gas Mark 4. Remove the marinated Tenderstem® from the fridge 10 minutes before you want to cook it.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve.
