Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas Mark 6. Unroll the pastry sheet onto a lightly dusted floured surface, Cut the pastry sheet in half (lengthways). On one half add the Tideford Organics Pesto using a spoon, then brush across the whole half of the pastry sheet. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top of the pesto.
Fold the other side of the pastry to make a sandwich, then cut the pastry into 4 equal lengths (lengthways), then cut the 4 lengths into 3-4 short strips.
Twist each pastry strip twice, then add them to a lined baking tray. Brush the twists with the soya milk to give your twists the golden shine, then bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
