Gluten-Free Pancakes

  • 200 g gluten-free flour
  • ½ tsp gluten-free baking powder
  • 2 free-range eggs
  • a pinch salt
  • 400 ml milk
  • vegetable oil for frying


  1. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Whisk the eggs and add your milk.

  3. Add your wet ingredients to your dry and mix until you form a smooth, thick batter.

  4. Add your batter to a hot, well-oiled pan and cook until formed around the edges.

  5. Give it a flip and cook for a few minutes until both sides are golden.

  6. Adorn with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
