Guests can enjoy handmade, 100% gluten-free Italian classics such as parmigiana, cannelloni, gnocchi, arancini and lasagna, either dine-in or takeaway.

Special Booking Offer: Anyone who books a table or orders a takeaway dish is automatically entered into the competition to win an exclusive 1990 GF Christmas Hamper. To participate, simply email info@1990glutenfree.co.uk with your name and booking/order details.

The menu is a celebration of authentic Italian home cooking, crafted with premium ingredients and free from preservatives, xanthan gum, or industrial processes. Each dish is prepared using traditional artisanal techniques, combining the comfort and warmth of Nonna’s kitchen with a modern, healthy approach.

Founders Enrica Mont’ Etna and her daughter Giorgia.

“This pop up is our love letter to Nonna’s kitchen,” says Enrica Mont’ Etna, founder of 1990 GF. “We want everyone to enjoy authentic Italian cooking that is gluten free, nourishing and full of flavour without compromising on taste or tradition.”
