Camden Market has partnered with blogger Fat Gay Vegan (Sean O’Callaghan) to bring to life the UK’s first Festive Vegan Deli which will showcase some of the finest vegan meat and cheese artisans in the UK.
The boutique plant-based food emporium will take place across the three consecutive Thursday s throughout December, launching on the 7th ( and open 14 and 21) leading up to Christmas 2017. Visitors can shop for festive provisions between midday and 8pm.
The vegan festive deli pop up coincides with the launch of Camden’s Market Lates – the late night Christmas shopping evenings, when the Market traders will extend opening hours and provide the festive fuel and help with finding those one of a kind unique gifts.
Confirmed traders for the Festive Vegan Deli include LoveSeitan, Young Vegans, The Cashew Family, Big V London, Mouse’s Favourite, Cafe SoVegan, The Butch Institute, Nutkin, Plant Based Artisan, with more to be announced.
The demand for dairy free cheese and meat alternatives is growing at an astonishing rate and this pop-up shop will allow Camden Market shoppers the opportunity to pick up some of the best vegan products currently available in the UK as we head into the Christmas period.
Sean O’Callaghan from Fat Gay Vegan explains “Festive Vegan Deli is not only a dream come true for vegan foodies, it is also a rare opportunity for anyone curious about plant-based cuisine to find some of the UK’s finest producers in one location.
Camden Market has long been celebrated as a welcoming and supportive place for vegan businesses and shoppers, making it the perfect location for the Festive Vegan Deli. Not only can visitors shop for provisions from our carefully curated line up of deli traders, they can also dine with any of the permanent vegan food traders located throughout Camden Market. It’s the perfect festive day out!”
The Festive Vegan Deli pop-up will be located in the North Yard, Camden Market, just metres from the Magic Falafel vegan food outlet.
