To make pancakes with the mix simply add milk as the shaker contains just the right ingredients for simple, fast and fluffy pancakes.
To make the pancakes using the mix, simply place the opened bottle on a flat surface and milk to the fill line before replacing the cap and shaking the bottle till the mix is smooth. All you need to do next is heat your pan, add the desired amount of mix and spread until thin before allowing the pancake to crisp up and turn golden before flipping over to cook on the other side, although unfortunately, it won’t help you with your flipping skills!
The pancake mix, which retails at £1 for a 155g a bottle making it the same price as the non-gluten-free shaker mix, is made with potato starch and rice flour and is also free from dairy so your prefered milk alternative can be used by those looking to make dairy-free pancakes with the mix.
