Wow! These stunning stuffed and baked festive apples from Jazz Apple deliver bags of fruit, tonnes of flavour and are perfect for a Christmas dessert. They are so simple too!
Baked Mincemeat Stuffed JAZZ™ Apples
Festive stuffed apples
- 4 large JAZZ™ Apples
- 200 g gluten-free mincemeat
- 1 cup melted butter
- ice cream
Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4.
Slice the tops off your JAZZ™ Apples and carefully core them. Remember not to core them too much or the apple will collapse during the baking.
Once done, get your readymade mincemeat and generously stuff your JAZZ™ Apples.
Bake in the oven at for about 15 minutes until the apples are soft.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes.
To serve, simply add a dollop of ice cream, the melted butter and sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top.
